RETURN & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND LISTED IN USD. However, in special circumstances such as receiving a damaged product upon delivery, a replacement will be sent to the customer. Photo proof of the damaged product is required to validate and complete the transaction for an exchange. After the product has been sent out for shipment, we are not responsible for any incorrect addresses inputted in the system by the customer. (PLEASE NOTE: We are currently in the middle of a global pandemic where health and safety is our number 1 priority. There may be delays with items arriving due to the COVID pandemic but there will no longer be delays with us shipping items out!)

 Shipping does NOT  come with tracking as standard, the option is available at checkout. 
ALL apparel orders will come with tracking.

STICKER APPLICATION

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO STICKERS DURING INSTALL. 

PLEASE NEVER USE GLASS CLEANERS AS THEY WILL DESTROY ADHESIVES AND CAUSE THE STICKER ADHESIVE TO NOT BIND TO THE WINDOW.

Sticker application is a simple yet sometimes difficult thing! 
With diecuts (especially specialty finishes like oil slick & sparkle,) you'll need to be extremely careful to make the the sticker stick to the transfer paper. 

The best way I have found to do this and is recommended by AWStickers is as follows. 

FLIP TIP: To get the vinyl apart from the backing, simply flip the vinyl over so that the letters are now facing down with the back of the liner face up. SLOWLY peel the liner while having pressure on the back of the sticker. Sometimes small pieces wont attach to the transfer paper, to fix this pressure back down on the sticker and peel that part again. With Oil Slick/Sparkle finishes it can be more difficult - Patience is KEY!

Using a squeege is recommended but definitely not needed.
