SHIPPING

ALL orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed if you haven't received your confirmation email of it being shipped you can contact us at finessebrandgoods@gmail.com 


(PLEASE NOTE: We are currently in the middle of a global pandemic where health and safety is our number 1 priority. We are only able to ship ONCE per week currently. We will be closing the store shortly during this time to stop delays. Thank you for understanding.) 

 Shipping does NOT  come with tracking as standard, the option is available at checkout. 
ALL apparel orders will come with tracking.

- United States: 10 - 18 business days

- International: 12 - 25 business days

RETURN & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, in special circumstances such as receiving a damaged product upon delivery, a replacement will be sent to the customer. Photo proof of the damaged product is required to validate and complete the transaction for an exchange. After the product has been sent out for shipment, we are not responsible for any incorrect addresses inputted in the system by the customer. As stated, please verify your shipping information is correct before confirming your order.
